FSJ News Updates,
A hearing was held in the Bombay High Court on a plea regarding the Dussehra gathering held in honor of Shiv Sena and the Shinde group. At this time the High Court has rejected the intervention petition of the Shinde group. So, Shiv Sena has been given green light to hold Dussehra gathering in Shivaji Park. The Shinde group has prepared to go to the Supreme Court against the decision of the High Court.
Spokesperson of the Shinde group, Kiran Pavaskar, said, “Common Shiv Sainiks want Shiv Sena’s Dussehra meeting to be held at Shivtirtha. Therefore, the decision given by the High Court is acceptable. However, we are thinking of appealing to the Supreme Court to know the reasons behind this decision.”
